Identity

This campaign is meant to be an educational piece on the different pronouns an individual may identify with through posters and buttons.

Process

This Identity campaign was inspired by pronoun buttons that I saw at an AIGA conference this past fall. I wanted to put my own spin on it and apply it to campus and add an educational aspect to this campaign. When starting this project I knew I wanted to create a unique pattern for each pronoun highlighted without fitting into the “stereotypical“ colors of that pronoun. I played with multiple different brush and pattern style before finding the direction I thought fit best based off of research I had constructed. This project is very important to me because I wanted to represent each identity in the correct way to my audience.

This campaign was also altered to fit within the Winona state university branded purple
